Feeling unfulfilled in the pursuit of mainstream Cinema and Fashion photography, Benjamin moved to New York city in 2011 to concentrate unremittingly in the field of Fine Art Photography. In New York, Benjamin began combining his passions for Cinema, Painting and still Photography which brought him to live, work and exhibit in France, Belgium and Russia as well as earn a one year residency with BAD (Belgian Artist District). Currently residing in California, Benjamin is authoring “Photography and Composition” , a culmination of candid 35mm film photographs juxtaposed to his poetry. French Pain is a series of 35mm film photographs exposed amongst the streets of Le Havre, France and New York City.
